We're back from Vegas! Sometimes you & your spouse just need to get away! Jas & I have had so much on our plate lately, we haven't spent any 'real' time together. So it was very nice. For 2 people that do have an opportunity to travel quite a bit, we hadn't traveled in a pretty long time.
We did have a blast! Especially when I was playing the $5 slot machines & hit 2 different jackpots!
I hit both of them within about 15 minutes of each other! An attendant had to pay out my cold-hard cash! Woo-hoo! .... That's the great news!
As for the bad news..... What do you think happens when you win money as soon as you get there? Duh???!!! AND anyone that knows me, knows I LOVE to gamble...... So if you put 2 & 2 together; what do you get....
Someone that loses a lot of money! Especially when you're playing $5 slot machines.
Luckily I have a little (itty-bitty) extra that I came back with. Oh, well, maybe next time I'll learn my lesson!
..... but knowing me, probably NOT!
All in all, a fun time!

Looks like a blast!! Matt and I are counting down the days until we leave!! It has been two years since we've been there!! That just ain't right.... Glad you had a good trip.

oh wes & i love going to vegas...we went 5 years ago, then 2 years ago & stayed at the venetian...he was just talking last night about wanting to go again...maybe early spring!
i go for the food & shows!! always great to get away & recharge...
Okay... time for another trip to Vegas!! Book your flight! Book your room!! Thansgiving night... Treasure Island... be there or be square.
